True Health is excited to announce a new partnership with Conciurgent Care, a same-day, in-home urgent care provider available 7 days a week.

At True Health, we believe better healthcare comes from stronger relationships, better coordination, and a deeper understanding of each patient’s overall health. We are always looking for trusted partnerships that support our patients and make care easier to navigate.

Through this partnership, True Health patients have a trusted option for same-day, in-home urgent care when certain urgent needs can be safely treated at home. Conciurgent Care services are provided separately and are not included in True Health membership.

Urgent care can sometimes come with a frustrating tradeoff. Patients may get timely help, but that care often happens outside of their primary care relationship, with limited communication back to the team that knows their health history. This partnership helps create a more connected path when urgent care is needed, while supporting clearer communication back to the True Health team when appropriate.

When Conciurgent Care May Be Helpful

Conciurgent Care may be helpful for urgent needs that can be safely treated at home, such as:

• IV hydration
• Nausea or migraine treatment
• Stitches
• Other non-emergency urgent care concerns

Conciurgent Care is intended for urgent needs that do not require an emergency room visit. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

True Health’s relationship-based care model remains central to the patient experience. This partnership is designed to support, not replace, your relationship with your True Health physician and care team.

When patients need urgent support, Conciurgent Care can offer timely, in-home care while helping keep the True Health team informed when appropriate. The goal is simple: a more convenient urgent care option, more comfort at home, and care that stays connected.

Important Note About Fees

Conciurgent Care is a separate service and is not included in True Health membership. Fees for Conciurgent Care services are separate from True Health membership fees and should be confirmed directly with Conciurgent Care before receiving care. Conci believes in full pricing transparency — our physicians provide clear, upfront explanations of all charges before any treatment begins.
