Polina Blinderman brings years of experience to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, identity questions, and stressful transitions. She is passionate about helping clients move from feeling burned out and overwhelmed to feeling engaged, energized, and deeply connected to their work and relationships.
Polina is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Illinois. She has a master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago, and has pursued extensive postgraduate training. She has practiced in a wide range of settings—non-profits, hospitals, university counseling centers, outpatient programs, and specialized treatment facilities throughout the Chicagoland area—which enriches her ability to meet each client where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.
