ABOUT US

What is Optimized Healthcare?

Optimized Healthcare is our more comprehensive, less complicated approach to care designed to both prevent and treat illness and injury. Every patient is cared for by a dedicated team of specialists who coordinate daily: a primary care physician, dietitian, physical therapist, psychologist, and health coach. Together, they offer a more personalized, whole-person approach to caring for your health.

Why Optimized Healthcare?

Our approach better addresses the leading causes of illness today and solves patients’ greatest frustrations. No more long wait times, difficulty finding care, outdated technology, or poor communication between providers, just integrated, efficient, care on the cutting edge.

Do you see patients in person or virtually?

We offer care both in-person at our office and virtually via telehealth. Choose whichever is best for you.

OUR CARE

Is there a limit to how much I can see my clinicians?

There is no limit, and there are no long wait times for appointments. Your physician is always accessible to you, and we are committed to responding promptly if you reach out to our office.

Does my True Health care extend to hospitals?

If you for some reason need to visit the ER or be admitted to a hospital, your True Health physician will coordinate with the rounding ER physician or hospital care team to ensure that you’re optimally cared for.

Can I get care 24/7?

Our office is open for in-person appointments during regular business hours, but your individual physician can talk to you about expectations for care outside business hours. Part of our promise is that we are much more accessible than the current standard in healthcare.

Do you treat children?

We see children age 7 and older, and our family plans include children up to age 26.

For more details, just call or message us.

OUR OFFICE

What care capabilities does your office have?

We pride ourselves on having more capabilities under one roof than any other primary care provider. These span primary care suites, acute care appointments, lab draws and panels, point-of-care testing, nutrition services, a physical therapy studio, fitness programs and equipment, and mental health services.

We also have advanced diagnostic equipment in house including DXA body-composition analysis, breath analysis, ultrasound, EKG, Resting Metabolic Rate, VO2 Max, and Omniwave Shock wave pain management therapies, as well as other pain management therapies.

How many locations do you have?

Currently our office is in Deerfield, IL, but we are working toward expanding our services to multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area, and then to other states. Check back for updates as we open new offices.

Do I need to live in the Chicagoland area to be a member?

To uphold the highest level of care, we suggest our members be within driving distance of our office in Deerfield, IL. This allows us to effectively onboard them at the start of their membership, and ensures they can make the most of our care team’s expanded services like physical therapy.

MEMBERSHIPS

What’s included in a True Health membership?

It depends on which membership you choose. See our membership page for a breakdown of what is included in each plan.

How often is my membership billed?

Your True Health membership is billed monthly, but you can choose to pay annually if you like.

Does True Health accept insurance?

We do accept insurance and will bill it for anything not covered in your monthly membership such as lab tests, office visits, follow-ups with specialists, or more complex treatments. This allows us to offer far more value than other concierge or direct primary care providers and more comprehensive services.

Will insurance cover my membership?

Your monthly membership cannot be billed to insurance, but you can pay for your membership with a tax-advantaged HSA or FSA. Many of our patients choose this
option.

GETTING STARTED

How do I become a new patient?

Begin by clicking Get Started to submit your information, and one of our Patient Care Coordinators will reach out to discuss your care needs, membership options, and arrange a time to meet your specific primary care physician. You can join True Health at any time in this process.

What is onboarding like at True Health?

Every new True Health patient starts their care with two in-person onboarding visits. In the first, we collect advanced data that assesses your health and helps to guide your care. In the second, we introduce you to your comprehensive care team to discuss treatment goals, and their personalized approach to optimizing your health.
