Dr. Ben-Dov is affiliated with Northwestern and Lake Forest Hospital.

Dr. Ben-Dov is board certified in internal medicine with 24 years of clinical experience. She received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in 1999. She completed her internal medicine residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 2002. She practiced medicine in both private settings and traditional health care system primary care before joining the first True Health Concierge team in 2025.

Dr. Ben-Dov is deeply committed to preventive and lifestyle medicine across all stages of life. She has a particular focus on women’s health, guiding patients through the physiologic and psychological transitions of perimenopause and menopause with a thoughtful, individualized approach.

Working closely with an integrated team—including endocrinology, nutrition, and health coaching—Dr. Ben-Dov provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, and hyperlipidemia, as well as for patients at elevated cardiovascular risk. She also has extensive experience in chronic disease management and geriatric care, while remaining equally attentive to the prompt diagnosis and treatment of acute illness.
