What drew you to True Health?
True Health’s care model was already right: integrated, proactive, built around the patient instead of the billing cycle. What I saw was the rarer opportunity, to build everything around that core so the whole thing could grow without becoming what it set out to replace. The systems, the patient experience, the way new patients find us. Most of healthcare gets that backward: it scales the billing and lets the care erode. True Health had the hard part solved, and the work was to build a company worthy of the medicine.
